Why this is important ,to generate effective communications you must be friendly first to your customer, don't rush by product knowledge presentation though your good at it.People don't like being a subject or propaganda or victims of someones' campaign,realisations this objective on human behaviour is first and foremost important before you apply any techniques in any marketing field.You must make the chemistry works, make friends with them, as the old saying says, it is easy making enemy yet difficult to make friends, this old sayings if we really understood the philosophy has deeper meanings, it can be if you have many friends, one day if you are in trouble they will pull you out of the chaos situations,it doesn't matter whether your right or wrong, as the eastern people would have this opinion on friendship is like tying up with blood adhesion's on their hands, very sacred indeed.
