Today the author would like to share experience in Marketing Strategy, look simple on the surface, honestly it's not easy, the biggest mistake that people makes is not compiling data research during market research analysis and jump to marketing strategy, and minimum knowledge about their competitor, although the incumbent is very good bluffer in terms to face to face with customer, believe me this kind of strategy doesn't work, it will be disappointment at end.
One must do their home work, before applying marketing strategy, it should collect all the related marketing intelligence to your handbook, competitions, market share, pricing strategy, raw material strategy outsourcing, numbers of employee of our competitor, knowing existing contract or business venture with customer and or clients, how many sales task force working for targeted customer and project, movement of their head quartets and policy makers, update news on government issues regulating with pertinent law related.These are basic information's that any marketers at least should have in their mind otherwise it is just wasting another time and will be in vein.Or if you want to simplify it divide into 4 quadrant P E S T( Political, Economy, Social Culture, Test or Targeted), I hope I got that right.
After exercising with the above descriptions at least 1 year on sales field, the incumbent will have the feeling insight and if he has the intelligence knowledge in his head, he can Rock and Roll any competition to his advantage. Yet the management will surely has to support otherwise it is useless.
